The countdown to the 2027 Pambula Show is on, and we're excited to announce that applications are now open for market stalls and food vendors!
After the incredible success of the 2026 show, we're looking forward to welcoming a fantastic mix of local businesses, makers, artisans, community groups and food vendors back to the Pambula Show on Saturday, 9 January 2027.
A Fresh New Look for 2027
One of the biggest changes this year comes thanks to your feedback.
We listened to our stallholders and know that last year's layout wasn't ideal. For 2027, we're excited to be relocating our market and food stalls onto the beautiful grassy AFL oval, creating a more accessible and enjoyable experience for both traders and visitors.
We're looking forward to creating a vibrant marketplace where people can browse, shop, eat and enjoy everything our local businesses have to offer.
Returning Stallholders
If you traded at the 2026 Pambula Show, you should have already received an email with information about returning your application for 2027. If you haven't seen it, please get in touch—we'd love to have you back!
Site Fees
To help keep the Pambula Show affordable for both traders and visitors, site fees remain great value:
3m x 3m gazebo site: $25
3m x 6m site: $35
Larger sites: $45
Before You Apply
Please note the following important information:
Stallholders must hold their own $20 million Public Liability Insurance.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide power to stalls, so please plan accordingly.
Access to the grounds will be available from 8:00am, with all stallholders expected to be set up by 9:00am.
Trading is expected to commence from 10:00am (or earlier), and stallholders are asked to remain on site until at least 5:00pm.
