The Pambula Show is held at the Pambula Beach Sports Complex, an easy drive from Pambula Village and surrounding towns.

Free parking is available. Enter from Pambula Beach Road.

Tickets are available at the gate on show day — no pre-purchase required.

  • Adults (16+): $15

  • Kids under 16: FREE

Gates open at 9am.

We’ve seen the weather forecast and understand that it’s predicted to be a warm day. Please rest assured that the Show is still going ahead, and we will adjust and accommodate as required to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.

Equestrian Events Update
Showjumping course walk will now commence at 6:00am with the competition to begin at 6:30am. Showjumping classes will commence at 90cm. All equestrian rings will now commence at 8:00am. An email with further details has been sent to all competitors – please check your spam/junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.

Staying Sun & Heat Smart
We encourage all show-goers to take care in the heat:

  • Wear a hat and sunscreen

  • Bring a refillable water bottle – a water refill station will be available

  • Cold drinking water will also be available to purchase on site

The new Sporting Complex building, which will house the Tea Room and Pavilion exhibits, is air-conditioned. Please feel free to pop in and take a break from the heat if needed.

🩺 First Aid will be available on site. Please seek assistance immediately if you or someone else is feeling unwell or requires support.

  • Absolutely. The Pambula Show is designed for all ages, with heaps of free kids entertainment included in entry.

  • Yes — dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times. Please don’t forget your poo bags.

  • Yes! There’ll be a wide range of food stalls, snacks, drinks and sweet treats available throughout the day.

  • A hat, sunscreen, comfortable shoes — and a big appetite for fun.

    Most importantly, bring your show spirit!

  • We will have card facilities available for ticket sales, but encourage bringing some cash along in case of any technical issues.

    Some stalls may be cash-only, so having a bit of both cash and card is recommended.
